Refund policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at info@suplerr.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase, and our customer service team will assist you personally.
This policy applies only to your initial purchase. The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with Suplerr. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and unused. Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
Returns & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any original shipping charges paid at checkout. Refunds are issued only for the product cost and do not include shipping or handling fees. In the event of a return, refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellations
We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@suplerr.com with your order number, full name, and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
